Chinese message from embassy so they say. Just rubbish calls again

Total silence when answered and then caller busy when I tried to call back - seems to be a nuisance caller.

Called work phone silence then hung up

Selling $60 plan for iPhone x and pay off 15months of your current contract

there was complete silence on the other end. Im getting so many of these calls now :(
