I called back number (07) 4638 9433 spoke to a guy who said company name is Macdonald Law.

They just sux - try to get them to help with a debt I have & all they said was go bankrupt

Their payment system is odd.
I spent $220 for some bird to read 1 paragraph of court orders and write 3 sentences on a letter.
They insisted on signing documents regarding conditions and payment etc then told me I had to pay up front before any work could commence, which contradicts the paperwork which says 'payment within 14 days'
They don't have eftpos, it's cash only or PAYPAL. Who the hell uses PayPal like this?
They took my card and tried to process it through PayPal but the finance chick was on lunch so I had to come back. I said no, I own a reputable business in town and $220 is lunch money to me so I'm hardly going to skip payment, besides I didn't appreciate being tossed around like a wet noodle with their strange payment system which they could have told me about WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT.
Totally unacceptable procedure of doing business..

The slowest solicitors in history.
4 months to put together and lodge a document to the courts.
They do not accept credit card payment, I tried and their system cannot process it.
They only accept cash or cheques.
You need to keep ringing them to find out how your request is going, they do not contact you, you have to keep contacting them.
If it wasn't for the fact that I have paid prior to the initial meeting I would go else where!
Final comment, Their communication with their clients, (in so far as I have found) is just bloody hopeless.
