Caller: Peter Williams (alias)

Indian person repeatedly calling from QLD number trying to say that there’s a problem with my internet line and that people overseas are using my internet line to download and he’s alerting me of this and wants to instruct me through fixing this problem. When I asked numerous times for his name, the business he works for and his employee ID he reluctantly provided the name Peter Williams and that he works for telstra giving me a bogus employee ID. I told him that I would call his employer and verify his credentials, and hung up on him. He expected me to verify his info whilst staying on the line with him...not surprising given that when you call the number he called from, you’re told the number is incomplete or incorrect! When I refused to answer his calls, he left aggressive and threatening messages on my message bank.
