Pretending to be Telstra, had all my details, telling me I had won a prize for 40% off my bill for 6 months, then received a text code from Telstra text with a number that said to transfer account proved this number. Asked if I had any complaints said she was submitting these for me when did I receive a second genuine Telstra text asking for secure code to log into my account that’s when I hung up as she got angry when I would provide it then rang a further 8 times before I just blocked the number.
