The caller is the Family Relationship Advice Line

Caller: I received a phone call from this number requesting my details…

When I answered they knew my name.

And when I asked “who is this?”

They said to continue this call I need to verify your identify.

I replied I am not giving you my details without knowing who you are.

She said thanks, then hung up. I rang the number back and it says it’s disconnected.

Sounds like a scam call to me.

I answered, but just as a female began to speak, I accidentally disconnected the call. In trying to call back, there is a recorded message saying the number has been disconnected. Clearly, this is a scam call.
