Caller left automated message that my cc would be debited $299 & if I wanted to reverse the charge I had to press 1 to speak to someone. Call came from Townsville, QLD.

Caller: Unsure They called me, I instantly knew it’d be a scam so I declined the call. A voicemail was left saying something about requesting $200 or so and that I needed to press 1 or 2 or whatever to cancel. I’m fairly sure I tricked the auto system into thinking I had picked up.
