Caller: Telemarketer Calling for Government funded solar panel. When we say ours have been done, he automatically goes into the speech of free solar hot water, then replacing all lights to LED.. Don't know why we get so many from 07 area code. Telco companies could easily banned these overseas companies from purchasing landlines in Australia, but they are getting kick backs.. Must be..
