I too got a call from this number and just put the phone down and eventually the call went dead.  Ther is no other way to deal with these pests.

A recorded message plays, offering to reclaim bank charges - says to press 9 to delete number or 5 to progress with claim.  Could be a scam where you get charged ££ for pressing a number and making a call...
