Caller: Automated - then Asian Man Rang back - advised by other end that paypal has been debited - funny when I told them I worked for NSW Government they hung up immediately - sorry but Asian speaking.

They say I owe $270. When I answer it's a recording, it comes up on the pH as from Cairns. I don't owe anyone anything.
