As it was from a local number I answered to have a recorded message that a sum of money would be removed from my PayPal account unless I pressed 1or rang back

Same as the other reviewer. Rang and left a message.. the thing is I don't have a PayPal account!! I hope the scammers give up one day

Caller: Claimed to by PayPal Recorded message saying your PayPal account has been charged $xx if you did not authorise press 1. (Hahaha)

Scam call saying paypal account would be debited unless I took action. Caller said I would be unable to view this transaction because 'they have put the transaction on hold" Total scam
