Caller: Nicole from NBN Haven't had this call for ages. Usual spiel of going to lose landline and internet unless press 1. Couldn't resist so pressed 1 and waited to have some fun playing the helpless consumer. Nicole's brother didn't want to play this time though as hung up on me!!!
