Caller: Called my mobile - had contact details of address etc.

Very confident Australian speaking woman with a definite food charity spiel - when I agreed to a donation put through to another foreign talking person who stated wouldn't need to provide the 3 digit number on the back of my card. Did ask for my DOB which I gave. When I returned the call I got a recorded message saying they were the charity all operators busy. Contacted bank and changed card details.

Aussie woman who was very well spoken tried to pull the " feel sorry for people" spiel. Tried to ask for donations to a charity that doesn't seem to exist. I always humour these callers with their bullsh*t spiel then I tell them I am reporting to the authorities as a scam. They hang up quickly.

this is definitely a scam.

Caller: Well spoken lady

She launched into her spiel & asked if I knew what poverty was like. I responded yes as I’ve lived in South Africa. She asked me to donate & I declined so she promptly hung up. By doing that she confirmed to me it was a scam

Said hello and nothing so hung up

Charity doesn’t seem to know about DO NOT CALL. Very amateurish.
