Caller: 'ebay' Something about authorising a $250 gift card from ebay.
Similar voice to many scam calls.
Rang the number back, it actually rings ! and seems the same guy eventually answered. The line was so poor I could not understand just what he was saying and he hung up on me.

they tell you they are taking money out of your account and when you try to speak to an employee the numner does not go through.

Was called by this number but I didn't answer. Called back & as soon as I did I received a text message from them stating:
"$9.99 and the same will be debited from your account automatically. If you want to cancel this then press one. Your claim for refunding." Message2Text"
I immediately terminated the call with them
