Caller: Ida from Kumbria

my mobile phone rang, caller ID said Kumbria.
Started off like a robo call waiting for someone to answer. Woman didn't speak English well. she said she was from Telstra, and that they had noticed that my internet is been used illegally by other people - 3 people were using it. Then she continued to say "so what we need to do is ...."
Told her it was a scam and hung up.
