Caller: Some Leads telemarket

Annoying overseas telemarket calling using a local line number. Trying to sell me leads for customers yet had a weird and badly made up sales pitch where apparently he will give me the leads, I do the quote and then he gets payment from me. So not actual guarantee jobs. Also he was hard to understand. And wanted me to give a WhatApp number to send me leads and was puzzled we don't use it. I even offered him to just sms or email, apparently it doesn't work that way. Ow Well...
