I think these guys are just a residence who happened to mis-dial when they called me, The whole thing was kinda weird though because they called me, I couldn't talk at the time so I rejected the call and then called back an hour or so later.

A woman answered with a very very tired and stressed out 'hello' and I explained why I was calling, then the line went to hold music and then hung up after about 5 seconds.

I called again about a half hour after that and some young guy answered, I explained to him why I was calling and he said "hold on" and then transferred me to the same extremely tired sounding woman who said it must have been her son who called and that they share a line and could I please hang up and call again and this time she won't answer. I tried and this time I assume the call was somehow rejected because it went to an automatic answering service that said "Hello, no one is available to take your call".

Probably just a misunderstanding, just kinda weird too.
