I recommend that you NOT use Ash Moseley Homes. My husband and I spent a lot of money having Ash Moseley Homes build our house. The earthworks were hourly, and Ash Moseley Homes overbilled us over $16K including for equipment that was not even on site; for rates significantly higher than in our contract; for down time; and for workers driving time from their depot. We had to take Ash Moseley Homes to QCAT to get them to finish the job. Now they will not fix the numerous defects, even after the Building Service Authority inspected it and asked them to fix some of them. We have spent over $20K in legal bills trying to get our house built and defects fixed. Poor attention to detail and hostile to work with! Not recommended.
