Hi there, the business changed hands in late September of 2011, so a lot has changed since your post! We're getting a lot of great feedback now that the venue is much cleaner, and the new staff are very friendly. went to CBD Head Office 15.9.11. phoned 1st to get directions (a bit hard to find)...was greeted with rudeness didn't indentify business. on arrival was greeted again with (much) rudeness. asked for clarification where lockers were (it was dark for god's sake) & was again spoken to rudely (actually aggressive would be a more apt description) what happened to client focus / customer service. at that point was going to just leave...but decided to stick it out (so to speak). inside was disgusting (dirty & smelly) arghh. the highlight of my visit to head office cbd was walking out the door.

if visiting cairns consider snorkelling or a visit to the daintree instead.

i'm still gobsmacked....beware....NEVER again!!!
