this number has been continuously calling all day,no idea who it is.

Some electricity company’s automated answering machine is on the other end. It just hangs up when you answer the calls. You can call back and follow the prompts to opt your number out of their system so they can stop calling.

Called 3 times, didn't answer once, they left no message. Blocked caller

7calls today and 8 yesterday from this number. Some messages from someone saying 'hello' over and over again. Quite frightening.

called me at 8pm and when I said I only have one energy provider avail to me she hung up on me.
