I got this call when I was out. Rang it back and got a recording that you have reached Suncorp didn’t want the call so I blocked them.

Not a scam. I requested a quote call back on their website. Missed the first call and came here. got the next call though

Caller: possible suncorp or insurance brokerage???...

What's annoying is that every time you block a number they use another one. I called back one time and it went to msg bank but never picks up. When I answer they hang up...same as other comment. I'm not against those in call centres by any means but I own one and know that transparency is key to sales so why do they do it? Hoping we spend money by calling back??

very difficult to understand accent. Claim to be from suncorp, knows some of my details but it sounds like a scam.If suncorp are going to outsource their call centres to asia then I won't be dealing with them.

Multiple calls. no messages left. try and call back, on hold waiting over 30mins. might be helpful to leave voicemails to people dont spend forever on hold waiting to find out it was a pointless phone call.

supposedly from Suncorp Merchants Department wanting to know what my details were. She rang me shouldnt she already know lol. Anyway said she wanted my details and email address so that they could change our statements from post to email. Um already get my statements via email. She said if I wanted to change my details to call 131155. So I did ring the number its suncorp insurance nothing to do with Suncorp Merchants

left a minute blank voice mail. called back on the number as Suncorp network. Possible scammers piggybacking of their number.

Claimed to be from Suncrop. She knew my full name. Dodgy as f##k with that Asian accent. Doesn't even sound professional. Too bad if Suncorp actually hire people with Asian accent. They can email me. Actually don't email either. Just don't f##king annoy me at all!!

Caller: Said call was from Brisbane on my phone and when I called it back said Suncorp group... bullsh*t

Answered the call and they hang up straight away but then keep ringing back, blocked them now annoying f*cks
