If you want a really good tip for ANY of these type of people wanting to sell you something to do with the house, as soon as they say who they are, cut them off and tell them your just renting. They have ZERO interest in you from that point on and they happily go on their way. Easy!

Modern roofing when you redial the number. Redirects you to a 1300 number. Answered and they just hung up.

This number calls all the time but never leaves a message on the answer phone. I ignore it, telemarketers of some sort.

They rang my wife several times but call was not answered late june 2012. I rang back and was a company called Modern (something....).
