Caller: Claimed to be from Telstra Person claiming to be from Telstra wanted me to enter CMD into the 'run' command windows prompt. She said that Telstra knew I had been having issues with my internet the last few days and she was going to show me how to fix the error.
As it happens I had been having intermittent issues with my internet the last few days and I foolishly believed her for a period of time but when she asked me to put letters into the run command for windows I asked her to prove she really was from Telstra. She eventually hung up.
