Premium Finance: I made an inquiry about the legality and ethics of their scheme only to be told 'you clearly don't have a clue what I'm talking about', hung up. So called me on a private no. and was rude. Class act.

Also kept getting missed calls from this company. So I fired off an email to their enquiry giving them a piece of my mind. In addition I looked up the Directors on Linkedin and basically did the same!!!

To everyone's comments you're all missing out! I actually listened the whole call and took up my free information session. It was amazingly beneficial! I can be redirecting a large portion of my tax dollars to pay off my mortgage faster, rather than paying it to the ATO. They've saved my thousands. Definitely worth the 60 minutes. To everyone below maybe the reason you're getting so many calls is because it's actually important information. Maybe listen next time rather than thinking you know everything.

Also had a call from this group today - along with RedOaks and two other companies claiming the same thing. Always EOFY. Told them they are the 4th company with the same promises and I'm still not interested.

Just had a call from same company and it came up on mobile as " Blocked". I did internet search for Pfremuim group and found this site. He was not happy when I said I preferred to use the internet to do my own research about tax benefits. Kept on at me as to why I wouldnt use him to get the information . In the end I had to "politely" hang up.

Received a call from these people, just annoying people and worryingly praying on the not so bright. Something must be done.

Same thing happened to me. When I questioned the caller named Phillip he assured me that there was no cost involved to me at all and all he wanted to do was to save me half the tax my husband and I had paid. I then asked for his number, which he gave me and I said I would call him back. When I rang the number no one answered.

I was called by premium group of companies, claiming to reduce our tax. I asked for their number and did some research. The telemarketer was cold calling for Premium Finance Services, financial planners that assist with property investment, for a cost ( I'm assuming). That is where the tax reduction comes in, if you borrow for investment purposes you can reduce your taxable income.

Received call from this 'group' - with the same spiel as mentioned above already - said my tax accountant won't know about this - kept calling me mate (very unprofessional) and I am definitely not his mate - I stated politely not interested - was quite adamant, pushy and forceful and asked him where he got my number(private unlisted) and he said they "are calling everyone in Australia mate" and again stated I was not interested and implied I was mad not to save some pre-tax mortgage dollars - he just kept on talking so I politely said good night and hung up.

It is from these guys so beware

I am going to make a complaint to ASIC about them as no doubt they are dodgy
If you take the calls I would suggest you make a call to ASIC yourself as under the anti-hawking laws they will get nailed
