Caller: “Peter” or so he says
Called claiming to be from Telstra, became agitated when I said it was a scam and then started yelling at me that my laptop was downloading malicious files(don’t habe a laptop) and insisted I have a laptop connected right now when our internet has been out for 2 days. Pretty entertaining to say the least

Caller: Indian accent - sounds busy - a big scam organisation.
It is a scam - they tell the same or similar story as above and want you to open Team Viewer on your computer. This lets them have access to your computer -your passwords/ banks etc -. DO NOT DO IT! SIMPLY HANG UP.

Caller: Male caller claiming to be from Telstra Internet
I knew this was a scam straight away, but kept the caller on the line for about 10 minutes, without doing anything he asked me to on my computer. When he realised I was wasting his time, he began a continuous stream of swearing and vulgar personal insults that I will not repeat here. Basically this ended any sympathy I may have had for these callers, thinking they are just poor Indian villagers trying to scrape together a few dollars - this person was just putrid-minded.

16/04/2018 Someone called me saying that he is from Telstra asking "is my computer slow". Then he put through to Maberick Watson who logged into my computer and hacked. He said that the hackers are there and he wanted catch them and asked me to go Coles and Woolworths and buy 30 iTunes cards worth $100.00 each. He told me that the government is providing me $5000.00 for this.
He also told me that they are combined with AFP and try to catch hackers. While he was on the phone I called Telstra and enquire about this. Telstra representative asked me turn off the computer and blocked all the bank accounts and call the police. I blocked my bank cards and internet access and changed all my passwords. Everyone should be very careful about calls from this number (07) 3846 1186.

Rang me at 1534 hours Monday 12.03.18 saying they were from Telstra Technical Support and were going to shut my Internet service down for a few hours due to it being hacked by someone from USA. He couldn't tell me if I was a Commercial or Residential Service!!! I asked to send a Confirmation email detailing what he was going to do. Lame come-back was that he was Technical Support not Billing Department!!! I am 100% convinced it is most definitely a SCAM.
