This call showed simply as coming from Australia. When I answered (saying "hello" two or three times) there was a fairly long delay, then a brief burst of sound which sounded like people in a call centre (overseas). The call was then abruptly terminated (from the other end, apparently). I would say that it was probably a scam call, but they didn't have time to go through their routine. Maybe they'll try calling back.
