Called and hung up as soon as i picked up

Just called 5 times in a row! I'm going to block the number now.

Indian scammer.

This is call center number for amnesty international

Called and asked for the receiver by name. Once confirmed they hung up

They just called moments ago. I answered (as I am waiting to hear back from workplaces I have newly applied to, I usually never answer unless I know the number) I said "Hello (my name) speaking" (which I also never do) .... a few moments gap on the line followed by "Hello am I speaking with (my name)?" with background noise (call centre for sure) ...

called but hang up when I pick it up. I just block it.
Why can't the law punish these people?

Called my phone and they didn’t leave me a voicemail message on it

Scam caller with thick indian accent introduced himself as Mr Jones, demanding donation for biden reelection.
