Sounded like he was from India. I couldn't make out the electricity company he said he was from. I just hung up after warnings from Centrelink about scam callers from different companies including electric ones. The warnings were not to say anything into the phone because of using your voice. Something along that line. So I hung up as I usually do anyway. If my company wants to talk to me they email me.
