Suncorp called after we requested they review our home loan interest rate.

It was Suncorp calling me about my home loan. It was a courtesy call to do a loan review. However, it was slightly unsolicited as I was not expecting the call but I knew that it was related to a recent call I made a week ago about my home loan when I was making other inquires.

I'm not a Suncorp member but yet they rang me - cold call?

Some lady, but hard to hear what she is saying, I think she said a bank of something. Called 3 times over last 3 weeks...another to the blocked numbers list!.

Some bank saying they won't ring again but I can ring them back on the number they left on my voicemail....(not a bank I use) .....Um no!
