(07) 3732 2550 Definitely not legit. Simply because multiple business cannot be associated to the same number. And also when I refused to give my details he said he will email me with a contact number to which I can ring them back, but never received any emails.

got a call from this number, saying from suncorp insurance ... and asking my personnel details for identity check.

Suncorp calls on my mobile and asking for my asking my identity verification , pretty stupid. first of all, how do I know this guy call on this number, is actually calling from suncorp?

if this is legit suncorp, they should change their identity verification policy

Called and did not say anything although I heard breathing at the end of the line.....suggest they were calling to check if I was still suitable for scams....ie my phone number was still valid

Legit number for insurance claims. You are asked personal information to verify you are the actual policy holder before they can discuss anything with you. Standard privacy procedure.

Female Indian caller said she was from AAMI insurance and had “a matter” to discuss with me but first she needed details before she could tell me. I told her I was busy and she said they were sending a letter and we could give her a call back. I don’t even have insurance, and I’m pretty sure the one my parents have is not with AAMI.

This is a legit number. The lady from AAMI was lovely, especially as she had to ring multiple times because I looked at this site and thought it was a nuisance call. So don't always believe what you see here, eh!!
