Scammer - Claimed that my internet speed was slow and was getting worse... Hung up after I questioned certain facts

Based on numerous recorded complaints against (07) 3709 8106 and (07) 3709 8109 they seem to be telemarketing and or scammers just phishing for unsuspecting prey.
Ignore, block, delete and report both (07) 3709 8106 and (07) 3709 8109 as unsafe numbers.

Caller: Said they were my nbn provider

Said they were my nbn provider and my internet was slow apparently they were going to put a new cable in free if cost but then needed 3questions answered “how many lights on your modem ma’am?” Me :”this is weird an clearly a scam” they hung up as soon as I said the word scam. Beware!!

Caller: (07) 3709 8106

Called saying they were from NBN and they had detected that our internet speed had slowed in the past few days . Our internet speed hasn't changed .Wanted permission to investigate the modem . Obviously a scam .
