Picked up and the person didn't answer, lots of background noise. After 30secs a guy kept going hello hello hello and hung up. Weird.

When they called, didn't pick up. listened to the voicemail, it wasn't clear and the background was so noise. All I heard is this someone kept saying "hello, hello, hello". Did not call back at all after saw these comments.
