Caller: I have no idea. Got this odd call. I answered it and there was a message in what I believe to be Chinese/Mandarin? It repeated the short spiel then hung up from their end. But on return call the phone number is disconnected. But it's called me 3 times in one day from a disconnected number!! Very odd indeed. Number is now blocked...... :)
