    On THURSDAY 30JAN2020 @2:13pm, I was unwell and resting when suddenly received a 3-minute CALL from a super “stuck-up” woman saying she worked with NBN and addressing me by “name”! I’d nbn wired-in 10days prior to that but needed to get a paid private professional Technician to re-wire CORRECTLY AND SAFELY for a lasting right and proper NBN Installation (in the readily available cable designated and built in PIPE), yet, before that was rectified, they forced activation all the same, on Monday 27JAN by cutting me out of the ADSL+ service!!
    She asked bluntly and straight off : ”Are you on ’Life Support Medical Equipment’?!! I halted for a few seconds to get my right bearing fully-on when she hurriedly added : “you still there? hello?”
    I asked her to repeat that again and like on re-wined, she only shot her BLUNT first question all over again! I answered : “I currently have 24/7 air purification machine and smaller breathing-aid appliances because of stressful tight chest and breathing allergies (while in a smaller carpet Unit“ when she abruptly interrupted by forcing her same question at me again!! Obvious that she WAS DETERMINED TO HEAR A “NO” (for ‘Records’ or if genuine fm NBN, then probs recording too). Then, she hung up. Hung up on me after I said : “NOT CURRENTLY”. I was too unwell then to pursue/call her number back and inquire, verify, validate or investigate that weird call/caller, besides, I was very upset that I actually answered an UNKNOWN caller especially from a different state that I have no business with! Btw, the nbn mbps both upload as download was cutting and dropping out of not lagging and slowest ever worse than what my household had experienced in DEC’19. I’m now on the top / highest speed pack and still subjected to receiving 1/3rd the 80mbps I’m paying for even outside the BUSY HOURS 5-11pm given period.

    Beware. Always be safe and vigilant. It’s best NOT to EVER receive, encourage, welcome, accomodate for or TOLERATE these up-to-no-good calls.
