No idea who it is, but you can bet as I'm in Perth and this is a QLD number, that they are not your friends. I didn't answer. No message was left when they called, no background noise when they called. Tried to call back the number and I only get the standard useless NBN recorded idiot's voice saying "We cannot connect your call at this time, please try again later"
