I have had calls from 36060800 also, always seem to ring while driving
Have never spoken to them but have blocked both

Very persistent and annoying.

This is a charity organisation that either you are signed up to or have been previously. They also do cold calling. They never leave a message and sometimes will call you multiple times in a day or during the week. If you call the number back, it gives you an email address to email them to have you name and number removed.
