The Government made us all jump through hoops to get ourselves RICA registered, so that they could identify who is responsible for a cell number. Does anybody know if the law allows people to trace this kind of activity using RICA?But I'm willing to bet that these numbers have magically not been registered with RICA, so nobody will ever know who they really are.
