Oct 10, 9.48 am - hung up just as the answer machine picked up the call

I don't answer my phone, and if they don't leave a message then they don't deserve a return call.

Claimed to be a charity but would not specify how she got my number. I said that I have a "Do not call number" to which she replied something like...Charities like us can call 'Do Not Call Numbers' which is a good thing isn't it, then hung up. I have tried calling back but number does not appear to even ring. I suspect this is a scam.

Another ridiculous call who ring constantly without being able to talk - don't they take any notice of the 'Do Not Call Numbers'? Always ring at inconvenient or mealtimes, who wants to chat then.
