Caller: IPA "James" from IPA calling about the health insurance rate rise. This number has been reported, as I have told them to remove my number from their list several times and they seem uncapable of understanding simple instructions. This company, which I strongly believe is conntected to the Institute of Public Affairs, calls from different numbers each time. Their website claims they are " an independent, non-profit public policy think tank, focussing on the foundations of economic and political freedom."
