This idiot called and started to go through his script so fast that I could not follow what it was saying (accent sounded indian but a bit hard to be sure) had to say whoa whoa whoa who are you and where are you from quite forcefully for him to do it, He knew my name but I did not say yes (never say yes to them) or confirm anything as he then said do I have solar panels and I hung up and blocked. This is like the 2n and possibly the 3rd call (I don't know why I even answered it in about a week a half) from this number or similar.
