Unknown caller. No identification. Long wait before they hung up. Suspicious. Now blocked.

Most likely a scammer, as they took ages to answer their end. They rang me, I answer, they don't, you know it's a call centre at that point, their computer is waiting for someone their end to take up the call. I stay on the line, but I'm not answering a 2nd time, they hang up.
