I keep getting repeated calls from multiple 07 354 numbers. this one I just called back and someone who sounded like they were in a call center said hello. not even going to bother

I keep getting repeated calls from multiple 07 354 numbers. no idea what the point is when I don't answer and I can't call them back most of the time.

Caller: Solar panel indian scammer

Several calls over the last week. Every time i block a number a new number calls using same first 8 digits just last 2 change. Asking me to confirm that I already have solar panels. Not answering them after the first 2 times. I just decline the call and block the number now.
