No message left. When I called back within minutes,Optus advises it was disconnected, so a spoof number. Possibly Arma or Collection House chasing SPER fines.

Spam. Hung up without leaving a message. When I rang back (several times), there was a message saying the line was busy, but no times, etc. probably an auto-dialler. MAY be Linkt or Collection House after SPER fines.
