Unknown, no message, not traceable number

Called - I answered - they hung up. I called them back - they answered and knew my name - said they got it from some 'inaudible words' company and I must have signed up for it. Then started wanting to talk about gold options. I'm sure that was just to get me to hang up. Likely a scam service selling details.
