I picked up... female caller said "Hello, my name is ..", line dropped out.

Scam line - report

Caller: Federal Govt. Solar Rebate

Leo, we are on the "Do NOT Call" register!

I called back and They would not identify themselves but you could hear lots of phones in the background. Most likely a scam call.

Caller: Male caller

This call showed as coming from Brisbane, Queensland. When I answered there was quite a long silence during which I said "hello" a couple of times. Finally a man with an Indian accent came on (with background noise which sounded like a call centre) and told me that he was calling regarding solar panel rebates. I told him that I had solar panels and that I was in credit and that I was quite happy with everything. He then replied "OK, thank you" and hung up. I get similar calls quite regularly, I'm fairly sure they are all scams.
