The telecommunication organisations, their service providers & authorising governing bodies, whom implement, direct & oversee our internet & all communicable services, which includes OUR SAFETY & PRIVACY, in order for us to conform in compliance of operations, provisioned under this robotic system we live....ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTING US by PREVENTING SUCH SCAMMERS, FRAUDSTERS & IMPOSTERS from STEALING & VIOLATING our Privacy, TIME which is MONEY & Personal Data.
