Caller: "Australian Telecommunications Group" Definitely phishing as a return call said the number was not available. A nake said they were going to be working on fibre optics in the area, on behalf of NBN, and wanted to make sure our phone systems wouldn't be impacted. I told them we wouldn't be impacted and they hung up. Me telling them I was putting the call on handsfree to record it didn't worry him.

Reading the comments, this is obviously a generic number used for many different phishing calls - mine was for 'Security Systems' today however last week, same number, was for 'Electricity Deals' Unfortunately, I cant block numbers on the business phone. :- /

Claimed to be from Canterbury something or other and asked for my business by name. When I asked why they were calling, them claimed they were calling on behalf of the government, who is funding businesses blah blah blah... asian accent... deemed a scam and unsolicited. Told him I wasn't interested, hung up and blocked the number. Nuisance!!

Caller: Australian communication centre Trying to obtain your businesses details. They will confirm your business address with you first (which they found on Google). Asked them to send the request through email, they said okay then end the call. But they don't even ask my email address yet.
