Caller: Carol - QLD Communications Group Received a call from Carol at QLD Communications Group advising that they would be upgrading the NBN and will conduct fibre optic upgrades in 2 weeks. All phone calls received from QLD Communications Group are typically young females with Filipino accents, wanting to know if we have had any phone or internet disruptions in the last few days, and want to know how many phones we have in the building.
