Claiming to be from MasterCard and asked about a suspicious transaction on banking account. Asked for screenshots with account details.

Hung up when I said you sound like a call centre, are you a scammer? Why don't you get a real job?

Not very nice of me, but it worked.

Had weird call "apparently from Telstra technical department. Claiming my internet is being hijacked.
tried calling back - rang out

Caller: Received a recorded message claiming to be from MasterCard

Claimed to be regarding a Western Union transaction and wanted me to call back

Apparently to be from MasterCard and enquired about a suspicious transaction. Ask to take a screenshot of my accounts.

Pretended to accidentally hang up to see if they called back and they didn't. Tried to call the number but rang out.

Don’t know ,b came from Brisbane Queensland

Claimed to be from PayPal. When I advised I don't use PayPal they said they wanted to verify my details as someone had set up an account with my information. I hung up immediately.

Claimed to be from Visa/Mastercard fraud department asking if I had made a transaction to buy Bitcoin. Got frustrated when I said it was a scam, asking me why she would waste her time talking to me if it was a scam. My thoughts exactly...

Caller: Scam Call - "The Cyber-Crime Department of the Federal Police"

Sylvie? Sylvia? - a woman with a strong accent, claiming to be from the Cyber-Crime Department of the Federal Police, tried to clarify who I was by asking "is this Mr [my surname]". I hung up.

Claimed to be Telstra maintenance. Asked if my Internet was connected. I told her it was none of her business and hung up

Caller: 'Daisy'

Daisy said she's from 'Anti-Fraud Dept'. When asked, Department from where?, she rattled off big banks, not my bank. She said $1299 was taken from my bank 7am this morning. I asked, By who? She said Overseas, then USA. I repeated back everything she was saying, then mid sentence, she said, Lister Williams. Do you know Lister Williams? NO!? She asked me to download AnyDesk. While 'downloading' I made small talk. How's the weather? You're in Brisbane, right? "No, Sydney". I starred arguing, No your not, you are calling from Queensland. She said my server was confusing the numbers. "I don't have the internet in this house."
She hung up.

Some Asian or Indian sounding woman left a voicemail when I didn't answer. Had a feeling it was an attempted scam call and looked the number up and found other complaints here too. Glad I let it go to voice mail.

Caller: Sylvia ( Indian Woman)

Pretended to be from Telstra technical services .
Lots of background noise pretending to be a call centre.
Asked her for some nude photos and she screamed out “WHAT ?”
Don’t think she’d been asked that before..lol

Indian woman claiming to be from Visa, gave her an earfull and hung up

Scam. Telling me that they had $5000 that might be mine… hung up immediately. No call back

SCAM! Indian woman said she was from my Mastercard provider - and when I asked her for the last 3 digits of my card (even though I don’t actually even have a credit card!) - she hung up!

Claimed he was representing telstra and my internet is being hacked...and wanted passwords...then got abusive when he couldn't get his way

Voice said from master card or visa about $1000 transaction from card press 1 yes or 2 no. Scam call

I also had a call from (07) 3521 3058 today. I didn't answer and there wasn't any message left.
