scam

I had this last week. Strong indian accent and some plausible stuff about my broadband connection. I said I didn't understand and would he repeat it to my wife. As I passed the phone over he said " we don't talk to women. they are not important." (You have to laugh!) My wife told him to FO and slammed the phone down.

Caller: Male with African or indian accent

Obvious scammer asked if I was aware my internet was being hacked and I said get lost scammer, hung up and blocked

Scam call, told me people were hacking my NBN hung up when I asked them questions

Clearly a scammer; tried calling back but the number is permanently engaged.

Indian accent saying there somebody had hacked my Amazon account trying to purchase an iPhone for $799. Hung up when I started asking questions. Now keeps trying to call from other interstate numbers.

Scam , there tried different numbers for two days now
Landline, mobiles, don’t answer or they just keep ringing

Rec'd call advising they were from NBN and there was illegal activity on my internet. Clearly scam.

Caller: Scam - says they're Amazon Prime

I got a call saying my Amazon Prime would be renewed in the amount of $99.99, and to press 1 to cancel - I am a Prime member but I pay monthly so assume this is a scam. Number blocked.

Allegedly NBN. Heavily accented Asian voice. Clearly a scam.
