Same as a above, she asked to speak to the business owner, i told her to send an email and she hung up

A lady said "Can I please talk to the business owner".

This is a business number which has no single business owner identifiable. She wouldn't give me any information other than her name is Tina.

They said "Can I, please to talk to the decision maker?" I asked, who are they. They just repeated the same line. I hung up.
